💪 +1 Muscle to Arm Wrestle

Rebirth Guide

Everything you need to know about the rebirth system, when to rebirth, and how to maximize your multipliers.

1 What is Rebirth?

Rebirth is a prestige mechanic in +1 Muscle to Arm Wrestle that resets your current muscle to zero in exchange for permanent multipliers. Each rebirth level increases both your muscle multiplier and your win multiplier, making all future progression faster.

When you rebirth, you keep everything else: your pets, dumbbells, Wins, and unlocked worlds. Only your current muscle counter resets. Because your dumbbell and pet multipliers remain, you will quickly regain your lost muscle and push far beyond your previous maximum.

The rebirth system is essential for late-game progression. Without rebirth multipliers, the muscle requirements for opponents in Fantasy World, The Rock Zone, and Cyber City are practically unreachable. Higher rebirth levels also unlock better training zones and areas.

2 When to Rebirth (Break-Even Analysis)

The golden rule of rebirthing is: always beat the opponents you can before rebirthing. Since rebirth resets your muscle, you want to make sure you have squeezed every possible Win out of your current muscle level first.

Break-even point: After rebirth, you need to regain your previous muscle level to start seeing net gains. Because your new multiplier is higher, this happens quickly. For example, at Rebirth Level 1 (1.5x multiplier), you only need to walk about 67% as much to reach the same muscle you had before rebirth. At Rebirth Level 5 (5x), you reach break-even in just 20% of the original time.

Signs it is time to rebirth:

  • You have defeated all opponents in your current world
  • Your muscle gains have slowed significantly
  • You cannot reach the next opponent's requirement even with boosts
  • The next rebirth tier's multiplier is at least 1.5x your current one

Signs you should wait:

  • You have not beaten all available opponents yet
  • You are close to unlocking the next world
  • You have active boosts running
  • A new update is coming soon that might change the meta

3 Rebirth Tier Table

Level Muscle Multiplier Win Multiplier Muscle Cost
None 1x 1x 0
Rebirth 1 1.5x 1.2x 10K
Rebirth 2 2x 1.5x 500K
Rebirth 3 3x 1.8x 5M
Rebirth 5 5x 2x 50M
Rebirth 7 10x 3x 500M
Rebirth 10 15x 4x 5B
Rebirth 15 100x 10x 500B
Rebirth 17 200x 20x 5T

4 Tips for Each Rebirth Stage

Rebirth 1–3 (Early Game)

Focus on getting your first 3 rebirths quickly. Each one gives a noticeable boost. Use your best pet and the Steel or Golden Dumbbell to speed up muscle regain. Do not spend too many Wins on pet eggs at this stage — save for dumbbell upgrades.

Rebirth 5–7 (Mid Game)

At Rebirth 5, you unlock a 5x muscle multiplier. This is when progression starts accelerating. Focus on unlocking Fantasy World and hatching mid-tier pets. The Crystal and Candy Dumbbells become affordable and provide huge boosts.

Rebirth 10–15 (Late Game)

The grind from Rebirth 10 to 15 is significant but rewarding. You jump from 15x to 100x muscle multiplier. Use boosts strategically during long play sessions and farm the highest-reward opponents in Fantasy World and The Rock Zone.

Rebirth 17 (Endgame)

The final rebirth level gives 200x muscle and 20x win multipliers. Reaching this level means you can tackle the hardest content in Cyber City. The cost of 5T muscle is steep, so make sure you have the Galaxy or Universal Dumbbell equipped.

Common Rebirth Mistakes

  • Rebirthing too early: If you have not beaten all reachable opponents, you are leaving free Wins on the table. Always farm opponents first.
  • Not using boosts before rebirth: Activate a 2x boost before a long session, not after rebirth. The muscle you gain during the boost period helps you reach higher levels faster.
  • Ignoring pet bonuses: Your pet's muscle bonus applies after rebirth. A strong pet like Fox (2x) or Walrus (3x) dramatically speeds up post-rebirth recovery.
  • Spending Wins on eggs instead of dumbbells: Early on, dumbbell upgrades provide more value per Win than eggs. Prioritize dumbbells until you reach the Diamond tier.
  • Comparing yourself to Robux players: The Huge Hydra Dominus provides 150x muscle, which makes rebirthing trivially easy. Focus on your own progression curve.
